Welcome to The Chic Essence. By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Store Information

The Chic Essence is an online store offering aesthetic tumblers, water bottles, lamps, curated gifts, and lifestyle products in Pakistan.

2. Products

We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product descriptions, photographs, colors, and specifications. However, colors and finishes may vary slightly because of lighting, screen settings, and manufacturing differences.

All products are subject to availability. Limited-edition products may sell out and may not be restocked.

3. Prices

All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

We may change prices, discounts, promotions, and delivery charges without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

If an incorrect price is displayed because of a technical or administrative error, we may contact you to confirm the correct price or cancel the affected order.

4. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may confirm an order through phone, email, or WhatsApp before dispatch.

We may refuse or cancel an order if:

A product is unavailable.
The delivery information is incomplete or incorrect.
We cannot contact the customer for confirmation.
We suspect fraud, misuse, or repeated refusal of Cash on Delivery orders.
A pricing or technical error has occurred.

Customers must provide a complete address and an active telephone number.

5. Payments

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders within Pakistan. Payment must be made to the courier when the parcel is delivered.

Any additional payment methods offered on our website will be subject to their applicable terms.

6. Shipping

The Chic Essence currently delivers within Pakistan only.

Standard shipping costs Rs. 250. Orders of Rs. 6,000 or more qualify for free standard delivery.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, location, weather, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns and Refunds

Eligible return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect products should be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs or video evidence.

Returned products must meet the requirements stated in our Return and Refund Policy.

8. Discounts and Bundles

Promotions and discounts are subject to their stated conditions and availability. Unless specifically stated, separate discounts cannot be combined.

If part of a discounted bundle is returned, the discount may be recalculated based on the products retained by the customer.

9. Product Care and Safety

Customers are responsible for following all applicable product care and safety instructions.

The Chic Essence is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, improper cleaning, unsuitable charging equipment, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow care instructions.

Customers should inspect drinkware lids, seals, and straws before use. Electronic products and lamps should be kept away from water unless specifically described as water-resistant.

10. Intellectual Property

Original website content—including The Chic Essence branding, written descriptions, graphics, photographs, and designs—belongs to The Chic Essence or the respective rights holders.

You may not copy, reproduce, publish, sell, or commercially use our original content without permission.

11. Prohibited Use

You must not:

Place fraudulent or intentionally false orders.
Use another person’s details without authorization.
Attempt to damage or interfere with our website.
Copy or misuse our branding or content.
Use the website for unlawful activities.

We may refuse service or cancel orders involving suspected fraud or misuse.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Pakistani law, The Chic Essence will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from delivery delays, product unavailability, website interruptions, or misuse of a product.

Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
